Fundamental Rules of Aayurveda
Never Gulp water or Drink to fast .
Sip it slowly the saliva from our mouth should mix with water
thats the secret of health
Never have water along with food unless necessary
Water hinders the digestion process and pushes the undigested food towards intestines. it also kills the digestive fire . Have water at least 30 to 40 minutes before or after having food.
Dont Drink cold water .
It cools down the stomach and reduces its temperature which causes many diseases . Have warm water or water at room temperture
Drink 4 glasses of warm or normal water the first thing in the morning
and dont have anything for 30 minutes afterwards. Do normal streching exercises. This ensures complete cleaning of bowels and saves us from many stomach aliments
